With DOEJAE Help remote management software, we can remotely fix computer and other peripheral devices once you give us access to your computer via the DOEJAE Help software. You simply download and install our software and then activate it using the DOEJAE Help icon on the desktop.

With our DOEJAE Help desk support software, you can log any issue or request and review the status of your issue/request. If you wish to see a history of issues/requests that were previously actioned, you can also see that information in the help desk system. It also contains a knowledge base that you can check for the resolution of known and regular problems before contacting one of our Computer Consultants.
