Our DOEJAE Silver package is an improvement on the 'break and fix' model (DOEJAE BRONZE) in that our monitoring and alerting software PACKET-TRAP is installed within your network and allows us to see when things are going wrong. However, in this package, we still have to wait for you to give us approval to fix any problems. You are also charged on a per hour basis based on time and materials.
